Are you passionate about finding great talent and helping a growing hospitality group thrive? We are seeking a proactive and personable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role will partner with business leaders across multiple properties to source, attract, and hire candidates who will deliver exceptional guest experiences and support our company growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and property-based roles, from job requisition through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
Partner with HR Manager and HRBPs to define role profiles, hiring criteria, and sourcing strategies that align with business needs;
Spearhead proactive sourcing using job boards, social media, talent pools, and community partnerships to build diverse candidate pipelines;
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage interview feedback and selection processes;
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, manage job postings, and ensure recruitment metrics and reports are accurate and up to date;
Facilitate interview scheduling, offer preparation, reference checks, and employment contract coordination;
Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and local hiring events to increase awareness and attract top talent;
Promote the organization's culture, values and employee value proposition;
Advise hiring teams on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, salary benchmarking, and legal compliance;
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, candidate experience, and diversity & inclusion practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience;
Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, ideally within hospitality, or multi-site operations;
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools; experience with candidate sourcing and social recruiting;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-service orientation;
Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidential information;
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus;
Flexibility to support occasional weekend or early/late interviews and travel between properties as required.
