A prestigious hotel group in Porto is looking for a Sales Manager – Corporate (M/F) to lead the commercial strategy for the corporate segment.

Location: Porto, Portugal
Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for the corporate segment.
  • Identify and manage business opportunities with companies and corporate travel agencies.
  • Manage and grow the corporate client portfolio, ensuring long-term business relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to define effective action plans.
  • Represent the group at trade shows, events, and sales visits.
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to maximize hotel profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in similar roles in the hospitality sector (preferably in a multi-property environment).
  • Strong knowledge of the corporate market in Portugal.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and results-oriented skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented.
  • Availability for occasional national and international travel.
  • Experience with international brands is a plus.
