Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project in full growth? We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Reservations and Groups Specialist (M/F) to join our amazing Revenue Management team and will be based in Lisbon.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all room reservations, ensuring maximum occupancy and customer satisfaction;

• Respond to group requests and input the respective rooming lists;

• Provide detailed information about the hotel’s services and facilities, rates, and special promotions;

• Keep all reservation records updated in the hotel system;

• Effectively resolve any issues or concerns related to reservations;

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures regarding reservations and guest management.

Requirements:

• Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field;

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles, including Reception and Group & Event management;

• Fluency in English;

• Experience with the Host or Opera is a plus;

• Excellent communication and customer service skills;

• Proactivity and ability to solve problems efficiently;

• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
